New England Catamaran Sailing Association

It is our pleasure to introduce the New England Catamaran Sailing Association. NECSA was formed by New England sailors for ALL New England sailors. The organization is is an open organization and will operate in a similar way as the regional organization has in the past. NECSA will work to promote and support one-design and Portsmouth racing in New England including the nationally growing F-18 class.
